I’m Isabel, I specialise in offering healing practices for every stage of a woman’s life

Your yoga practice is my passion.

 I’ve been practicing yoga since my early 20’s (around 20 years - how did that happen?!).  Yoga always seems to find me when I need it most and now my aim is to bring the healing and restorative power of yoga to you.

Practicing yoga has boosted my mental health and given me strength. The more I practice, the more confidence and appreciation I gain for myself and for my body. 

I see this happening for my clients, too. When you realise you’re in a safe and welcoming space you’re free to try, free to wobble, free to grow and free to move forward.  You can trust your body, too. 

I spent 14 years working in the corporate world - in 2020 I gave it all up to follow my souls calling

 

I’d known I wasn’t feeling truly fulfilled for a while, but taking the leap was hard. 

My family name is Maclennan, and our motto is “While I breathe, I hope”. 

When I realised this deep hope for a better path wasn’t going away, I had to act. I left my corporate job and began yoga teacher training - even a global pandemic couldn’t put me off!

I love nothing more than guiding yoga sessions and seeing people like you flourish. Seeing you gain confidence, realising you can achieve so much more than you imagined, feeling happier and more at home in your own body...
